To utilize the online portal, you must first obtain permission from your healthcare organization. After securing an account, you can log in to the HealtheLife app using your Cerner Health credentials. For those with access to multiple healthcare portals, the app conveniently consolidates all participating portals.

Each portal associated with healthcare organizations is distinctive; however, most features allow for a variety of interactions with your care team, including:
• Sending secure messages to your provider
• Organizing and tracking your future appointments
• Accessing critical medical details such as allergies, lab results, health conditions, vaccines, medications, and other important health records

If you encounter issues accessing your account, please refer to your healthcare organization's website for available support options. For inquiries related to your health record, reach out to your provider directly, as personal health questions submitted as comments in the Play Store cannot be addressed.
